2. Eligibility

Participation is open to supply chain professionals worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.

3. Certificate Submissions

• You may only submit certificates you have personally earned
• Certificates must be authentic and verifiable
• Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will result in account termination
• CSCMP reserves the right to verify all submitted certificates

4. Leaderboard & Rankings

• Rankings are updated based on verified certificate submissions
• You control your privacy settings for leaderboard display
• CSCMP may feature top performers in promotional materials

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including badges, tier designs, and branding, is the property of CSCMP and protected by copyright laws.

6. Account Termination

CSCMP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

CSCMP is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this platform, including technical issues or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

CSCMP may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
