Tips for Success

Set yourself up for success with these helpful tips to guide you through the learning path and exams.

  • You must complete all courses on a learning path before you can take the exam and earn a certificate.
  • Most videos contain one main learning point. Be sure that you capture this point in your notes before moving to the next video.
  • The certificate exams are based on the content of the courses.
  • If you do not pass an exam, we strongly recommend that you go back and retake the courses, paying close attention and taking notes, before attempting the exam again.
  • Each exam allows a limited number of retake attempts. No additional attempts will be granted beyond these.

Yes, but you must submit all certificates and verification links to https://cscmpglobalchallenge.com/ between October 15 - December 31, 2025 for them to be accepted toward the CSCMP Global Challenge.

Submissions are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your submission has been verified or if additional information is needed.

To ensure you receive important challenge emails (verification notifications, rewards updates, etc.), please add support@cscmpglobalchallenge.com to your email contacts or safe senders list. This prevents our emails from being marked as spam or blocked by your email provider. Check your spam/junk folder if you're expecting an email that hasn't arrived.

If your submission is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the reason for rejection, and explaining how to correct the issue and resubmit. The most common reasons are that an incorrect certificate was uploaded, an incorrect URL was provided for certificate verification, or the participant's certificate verification page was not shared publicly.

Rankings are based on the number of verified certificates, with ties broken by earliest submission date. You can control your visibility through privacy settings.

Your progress page updates automatically when certificates are verified. If you notice your progress isn't reflecting recent submissions, check that: (1) Your submissions have been verified (not just submitted), (2) You've refreshed the page, and (3) The verification process is complete (check your submission history). Progress only counts verified certificates, not pending or rejected ones.

Digital badges are automatically awarded when you reach each tier. Some rewards and certificates will be distributed throughout the campaign period, while others will be distributed once the global challenge is complete. You'll receive notification by email when your rewards are available.
